1. Electronic & Digital Product Delivery

Hostkash strictly provides digital educational content, online subscription passes, test series, and PDF study notes via Exam Note Pro. We do NOT manufacture, ship, or dispatch physical goods, books, or printed materials to physical postal addresses.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Online Payment Gateway Purchases (UPI / Cards / Netbanking / Wallet): Access to your purchased PDF notes or subscription pass is granted INSTANTLY upon successful payment authorization.
• Manual Direct UPI / QR Scanner Purchases: Access is activated within 15 to 30 minutes after submitting your 12-digit UTR transaction reference for verification during business hours (or within 2 hours max).

3. Shipping Charges

Since all materials and passes are delivered electronically over the internet directly inside your student dashboard and mobile app, there are zero shipping, delivery, handling, or courier charges for any transaction on Exam Note Pro.

4. How to Access Your Purchased Content

Once your order is complete, you can access your digital study content immediately by:

1. Logging into your account at https://examnotepro.in or through the official ExamNote Pro Android App.
2. Navigating to your **Student Dashboard** → **My Pass / Downloads**.
3. Tapping on any unlocked PDF note or test series to view or read online instantly.
